We keep it simple and do it right. Our two core services cover everything your rental property needs on a day-to-day basis — at a flat rate of $250/month per property.
We collect monthly rent from your tenants on or before the due date and forward all proceeds directly to you — we never hold your funds. You receive a monthly summary confirming payment, and we handle all communication with tenants regarding late or missed payments.
We serve as the single point of contact between your tenants and licensed, insured third-party vendors. We receive maintenance requests, assess urgency, and coordinate the right vendor — getting your approval before scheduling non-emergency work.
Additional Service
Need to find a tenant? In addition to property management, we offer tenant sourcing, screening, and lease preparation as a separate service — provided through our licensed real estate brokerage under a separate agreement.
